Advisory Subscription
Advisory Subscription is for companies that need continuity in their communications work, without locking themselves into fixed plans or volume requirements. You get access to senior advisory support, AI-supported strategy and production, and flexible capacity that can be scaled up when needed.
We always start with a joint kickoff workshop. There, we set direction, identify the most important challenge and its solution (the crux), and establish a framework for communication. After that, we work continuously with advisory support and concrete deliveries, driven by needs – not agency processes. This is included:
✅ Strategic kickoff workshop
✅ News monitoring and reporting
✅ Senior advisory support, 4 hours per month
✅ 3 Crux credits per month for operational deliveries
✅ AI-supported execution, production, and planning
✅ Optimization and analysis for GEO (Initial review)
✅ Quarterly AI review for PR and communication, approximately 30 minutes
An Advisory Subscription has a 30-day notice period.
Price: €5,000 per month
Who is it suitable for? An Advisory Subscription is suitable for companies that:

A simple rule of thumb is 1 credit ≈ one produced and executed delivery
Unused credits are automatically saved for the next month, making it possible to build capacity ahead of more intensive periods.
When the need increases, you can easily scale up and add 1 extra Crux credit for €1,000

Agent Setup is Custom AI Agents for communication teams. This is conducted as Agent Setup project-based assignments where we develop and implement specialized AI agents tailored for your communication.
Note that an agent is not a chatbot. It is a role-based AI assistant trained on your material, your language, and your workflows, built to support real workflows within PR and communication.
What can an agent do? Examples of common use cases:
✅ Support for content production and quality assurance
✅ Analysis of messages, tonality, and audience adaptation
✅ Preparations for media appearances, interviews, or thought leadership
✅ Internal guidance on communication, messaging, and priorities
We often build agents in pairs such as Production + Review, External communication + Internal communication, Content + Analysis
Here’s how an Agent Setup goes:

The price is €6,000 for a project with two AI agents. Then support and maintenance are added at €200 per agent per month.
The maintenance includes ongoing adjustments, prompt optimization, minor updates, and support when the organization or needs change.
