Not all B2B tech companies have the same needs, but they often have the same problems: communication that must work over time, and initiatives that sometimes require a major boost.

That is why we offer two clear ways to work with Crux Comms:

  1. Crux Advisory – ongoing strategic advice with flexible execution capacity based on a subscription.

  2. Crux Flow – project-based analysis, development, and implementation of AI for communication or marketing departments where it delivers the most value

Crux Advisory

Crux Advisory is for companies that need continuity in their communication efforts without being locked into fixed plans or volume requirements. You get access to senior advising, AI-supported strategy and production, and a flexible capacity that can be scaled up when needed.

We always start with a joint kick-off workshop. There we set the direction, identify the key challenge and its solution (the crux), and establish a framework for communication. After that, we work on an ongoing basis with advising and tangible deliverables, guided by need – not agency processes. The following is included:

✅ Strategic kick-off workshop

✅ News monitoring and reporting

✅ Senior advising, 4 hours per month

✅ 3 Crux credits per month for operational deliverables

✅ AI-supported execution, production, and planning

✅ Optimization and analysis for GEO (Initial review)

✅ Quarterly AI review for PR and communication, approximately 30 minutes

A Crux Advisory has a 30-day notice period.

Price: SEK 54,000 per month

Who is it for? A Crux Advisory suits companies that:

✔️ Have ongoing communication needs but lack internal PR capacity

✔️ Want to combine strategic advising with actual delivery

✔️ Need flexibility rather than fixed campaign plans

✔️ Want to work long-term but be able to speed up when necessary

An example

A SaaS company with a small marketing team had plenty of news but struggled to find structure in their PR efforts. With Crux Advisory, they received a clear communication plan, a sounding board, a steady rhythm, and the capacity to carry out a few well-thought-out activities every month, without needing to expand their internal team.

Crux credits. How it works

Crux credits are our currency for execution. They are used to produce tangible deliverables, such as:

• Press releases

• Interview pitches

• Opinion pieces or debate articles

• Social media posts or content for LinkedIn

A simple rule of thumb is 1 credit ≈ one produced and completed deliverable

Unused credits are automatically saved for the next month, making it possible to build up capacity for more intensive periods.

When the need increases, you can easily scale up and add 1 extra Crux credit for SEK 10,000

Crux Flow

Crux Flow

In a Crux Flow project, we map out how your communication or marketing department works and then implement AI solutions, such as AI assistants, in the workflows where AI actually makes a difference.

Which solutions these will be depends on what the mapping shows. Sometimes a Custom GPT or a skill for a recurring task, sometimes a more autonomous AI agent. And quite often, the first thing we find has little to do with AI. The source material is scattered, or the files are named in a way that makes it impossible for anyone to find the right one. That has to be solved first, otherwise you build an assistant on top of the mess.

Examples of Crux Flow projects:

✅ AMF Fastigheter: the mapping showed that many years of insights about properties, locations, and visitors were scattered. The result was an AI assistant that makes the material searchable and analyzable, with sources and years for every data point. We also developed an assistant for press work which, for example, makes it possible to adapt press releases according to the type of press.

✅ Stockholm University: a small team needs to adapt the same research news to ten target audiences across six channels, and in practice, the text was often just shortened. The result was two assistants for the adaptation, with clear boundaries. They do not invent facts, publish nothing, and a human always reviews everything before it goes out.

This is how a Crux Flow project works:

• Workshop where we map the processes and define the scope of the needs

• A brief that you approve before anything is built

• Development in your own IT environment, together with your IT department and with regard to permissions and information security

• Testing against real work tasks

• Launching in stages, with adjustments along the way

We define the scope strictly already in the workshop, as narrow solutions that do one thing well are the ones that usually work in everyday life. We are also platform-independent. At AMF Fastigheter, we built in Microsoft Copilot Studio because IT required it; at Stockholm University, it became Custom GPTs

The price is project-based, but a smaller project usually lands around 60,000 SEK. We also offer ongoing support.

When is Crux Flow suitable?

✔️ Already use AI, but lack common data and shared guidelines

✔️ Have recurring work that takes more time than it should

✔️ Sit on material and insights that few can find

✔️ Must stay within what IT and information security allow
