Collectia Group has appointed Crux Comms as the new PR and communications partner in the Nordics. The mission is to strengthen Collectia's profile as a technology-oriented platform for intelligent credit management, focusing on AI, automation, and data-driven processes.
Technology that needs to be visible
Collectia has invested for several years in self-developed AI models and automated workflows that support the entire credit lifecycle, from risk assessment and segmentation to customer communication and collection. As the company expands into new European markets, the need for communication that more clearly reflects technological development and strategic direction is increasing.
"Collectia's technological development needs to be reflected in how the market sees us. AI and data-driven efficiency are central parts of our identity and our scaling in the Nordics and Europe. Crux Comms provides a structured approach that supports the ambition to become the leading player in intelligent credit management," says Stine Roholte, International Marketing, Brand & Communication Manager, Collectia.
Strategic advice and media work
Crux Comms will contribute with strategic advice, corporate storytelling, and media work tailored for Collectia's Nordic markets. The focus is on highlighting how Collectia's AI platform enhances efficiency, transparency, and customer experience.
"Collectia has built an AI-based infrastructure that changes how credit processes work. Our task is to make that transition clear — for CFOs, investors, and the market — and show how advanced technology and respect for the end customer can be combined," says Simon Wallin, co-founder, Crux Comms.
The collaboration covers the Nordics and takes place in parallel with the international communications agency Citigate Dewe Rogerson, which is responsible for the markets in Germany and the United Kingdom.
